ABSTRACT
Bridget Jones is a woman on the edge, fighting a battle against herself manifested as discontent with her perceived "imperfections" on her way towards middle age. Driven to eliminate her copious amounts of existential angst, Bridget makes a New Year's resolution to keep a diary filled with nothing but the straight truth concerning her life's trials and tribulations, ultimately documenting her search for love and challenges with an eclectic array of friends.
