HomeChef started new internal tools teams, and needed someone to lead those teams, as well as improve their entire tech platform.
I worked as lead for three internal teams, and as part of a department-wide leadership team. My teams delivered consistent tech for internal stakeholders who had previously not had any dev support. I reduced CI runtime by ~90%, and improved the platform on a number of other measures.
