I joined Enova as an individual developer, but over the course of a few years I've held several titles and had a hand in nearly every part of the business. I've worked in the trenches and I've managed up to forty-five engineers, all to raise Enova's game when it comes to engineering.
I added millions of dollars of new revenue both directly and as a team leader. I refined hiring and defined training for the entire technical team, all while delighting stakeholders.
