The Nebula controls are developed independently, and do not currently
have a release cycle. Each of them is currently in alpha or beta stage,
so it is going to be a while before any of them get an "official"
release. Because each control is at a different stage of development,
there probably won't be a unified, all-inclusive release that includes
all Nebula controls.

You should probably plan to package the controls yourself and manage
them within your own build repository for the time being.
