"TCF Hello world" Linux application

I have successfully completed following "tutorial"
https://wiki.eclipse.org/TCF/Raspberry_Pi#content

All the way to
Allow to restart, then switch to the Target Explorer Perspective
Your Pi should show up under "Neighborhood"

Now what ?
I like to implement simple "Hello world" and execute it on the Raspberry.
Can that be done at this point?
Going to "C/C++" Perspective and starting a New Project no longer has an option of "Remote application" , but gives an option to select "Cross GCC".
That option was there before implementing TCF.
I was hoping that TCF will "take care of cross GCC implementation / configuration on Raspberry " and make it little more easier to work with.
I have not found "TCF Hello world" Linux application to follow.
Yes, there is ppt "tutorial" but it is way over my head
TCF_Econ09.ppt

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

It appears that the original "tutorial" missed few steps.
BTW it has nothing to do with "Hello world" .
It is very basic state machine and poorly documented usage of TCF.
