Hello OHF community,

I need to post CDA wrapped text document which will contain request to
correct other (original) document. Is it possible to set id of the
original document into metadata using OHF bridge?

Hi Dmitry,

I believe what you are asking for is replacement option on the XDS
Source. There is a parameter on the submission called
"documentEntryParentDocumentId". When this is set to the entry uuid of
the 'old' document a replacment transaction is invoked. Note you need to
send the UUID of the document entry object that is associated with the
old document. You should be able to do this with a simple XDS query
prior to submitting the replacement.

Thanks for your response.
I think that replacement option on the XDS Source which you are describing
and "correction request" are two different functions.

Is it that such correction request does not exist in IHE framework?

Hi Dmitry,

At this point in time, "correction" is handled by document replacement.
Life cycle issues are becomming more and more of an issue in IHE. They
have the following whitepaper that I encourage everyone to read:
