This is the tenth year I’ve blogged my birthday: 19, 20, 21, 22 (this one is funny), 23, 24, 25, and 26, 27. Wow... I don't think I've ever done anything for ten years in a row before. The public awar...

Probably tcook@apple.com
Steve's email was sjobs@apple.com and he read all of his emails which is insane. One of Apple's VPs called me up to remedy the issue I had with my MacBook Pro (I got a brand new one to replace my 3 year-old one). Don't necessarily expect an email back, more likely a phone call.
Long ago I emailed Steve that since I'm a photojournalist I take a lot of photos of people and often school kids working on computers and it was dumb that the logo was upsidedown when a PowerBook was open (we're talking that hulking WallStreet PowerBook days). Apple was missing a huge marketing opportunity for free. All they had to do was flip the logo 180 degrees. If Steve read my email he probably looked at all the photos of people working on PowerBooks and slapped his forehead and made some phone calls. The next year the logo was flipped. Don't know if he actually took my advice but but to me it was pretty damn obvious evertime I took a photo of an open Apple laptop.

Hey Matt, you visited Montenegro? If so that's so great. I miss it very much. Last time I went there was back in 1998.
