The Services segment provides network integration and other professional services, network operations services, and maintenance services. Its network integration, planning, design, optimization, and management services are critical to simplifying network convergence and the transformation of its carrier and enterprise customers’ networks to IP infrastructure and empowering service providers. This segment’s maintenance services enables its customers in improving the performance of their multi-vendor networks and maintain network reliability and availability; remote technical support services that provide remote support capabilities to diagnose, resolve, and restore the network; and on-site technical support services, which offer technical specialists to deliver on-site maintenance services.
