Documents

Adobe Acrobat Reader

• Required to view material encoded as Portable Document Format (PDF).
• Free, for Windows, Macintosh, and several other operating systems.

Microsoft Word

• Some documents are in the Microsoft Word format.
• Microsoft Word support
• If you do not have Microsoft Word installed on your computer, try an alternative such as Google Docs or Apache OpenOffice.

Video/Audio

A media player is required to access audio and/or video files, such as .rm, .ram, .wma, .wmv, .mov, MP3 and others. To see if you have a media player installed on your computer, do this test:

• Open a sample Windows Media Audio file.
• Open a sample MP3 file.
