Skunge is a very short bounty hunter. Along with his partner Felix, he is one of the best bounty hunters in Nevada.

Felix and Skunge decided to relocate to New York City to take them up on it. Once there, they met with two other bounty-hunters who had agreed to track down Cybertronians: Burn-Out and Randy Horton.
