Recent superconductivity research has generated a great deal of interest into condensed matter, and future applications. For instance, the first room temperature superconductor has recently been reported, having profound implications in the field of electronics; whilst the ongoing search for the Majorana particle is driving new understanding into the relationship between topology and superconductors, which ultimately may be applied to the development of a practical quantum computer. Here we present a selection of the most recent Scientific Reports papers in the area of superconductivity.
