Griffith Robert Poyntz Llewellyn married, secondly, Bridget Margaret Karslake, daughter of William Reginald Karslake and Laura Maynard Mackenzie.2 He married Emily Constance Elwes, daughter of Algernon Leveson Elwes and Cicely Mary Coope, on 29 April 1911.

Griffith Owen Llewellyn was born on 8 February 1912. He was the son of Griffith Robert Poyntz Llewellyn and Emily Constance Elwes. He died on 4 December 1933 at age 21, killed in a flying accident.

Hermione Llewellyn was born on 13 November 1913. She was the daughter of Griffith Robert Poyntz Llewellyn and Emily Constance Elwes.2 She married Thomas Daniel Knox, 6th Earl of Ranfurly, son of Thomas Uchter Caulfield Knox, Viscount Northland and Hilda Susan Ellen Cooper, on 17 January 1939.1 She died on 11 February 2001 at age 87.1
She fought in the Second World War, with the Special Operations Executive in the Middle East.1 From 17 January 1939, her married name became Knox. After her marriage, Hermione Llewellyn was styled as Countess of Ranfurly on 17 January 1939. She was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) in 1970.1 She was appointed Commander, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (C.St.J.)1 She wrote the book To War with Whitaker, published 1994.1
