     Sir Walford Harmood Montague Selby was born in 1881.3 He married Dorothy Orme Carter in 1912. He died in 1965 at Harare, Zimbabwe.3
     He was with the Diplomatic Service in 1904. He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)4 He held the office of Minister to Austria between 1933 and 1937.3 He held the office of Ambassador to Portugal between 1937 and 1940.3 He was appointed Commander, Royal Victorian Order (C.V.O.)1 He wrote the book Diplomatic Twilight, published 1953.3 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)1 He lived at Lucas Green House, Greendale, Harare, ZimbabweG.1

     Sir Rupert Charles Bromley, 10th Bt. was born on 2 April 1936.1 He was the son of Major Sir Rupert Howe Bromley, 9th Bt. and Dorothy Vera Selby.1 He married Priscilla Hazel Bourne, daughter of Major Howard Bourne, on 26 April 1962.1 He died on 23 May 2018 at age 82 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.2
     He was educated at Michaelhouse School, Balgowan, Natal, South AfricaG.1 He gained the rank of officer in 1956 in the Royal Rhodesia Regiment.1 He was awarded the Rhodes Scholar in 1956.1 He was educated at Rhodes University, Grahamstown, Cape Province, South AfricaG, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was admitted to Inner Temple in 1959 entitled to practise as a barrister.1 He was with the British South Africa Company between 1959 and 1966.1 He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He retired from the military in 1965, with the rank of Captain, late of the Royal Rhodesia Regiment.1 He was with Anglo American Corporation of South Africa between 1966 and 1972.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Smith, of East Stoke, co. Nottingham [G.B., 1757] on 14 June 1966.1 He was with Murray and Roberts Ltd between 1972 and 1989.1 He was with the Aggregate and Sand Producers Association of South Africa between 1990 and 1999.1 He lived in 2003 at The Old Manse, Glencairn, Simons Town, Cape Province, South AfricaG.1

     Elizabeth Mary Bromley was born on 13 May 1919.1 She was the daughter of Rear-Admiral Sir Arthur Bromley, 8th Bt. and Laura Mary Dunsmuir.1 She married, firstly, Richard Algenon Frederick Hanbury-Tracy, 6th Baron Sudeley of Toddington, son of Major Hon. Algernon Henry Charles Hanbury-Tracy and Frederica Sylvia Darley, on 30 November 1940.1 She married, secondly, Major Sir Arthur James Robert Collins, son of Colonel William Fellowes Collins and Lady Evelyn Anne Innes-Ker, on 27 October 1965.1 She died on 2 December 2006 at age 87 at Kirkman Bank, Knaresborough, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2
     From 30 November 1940, her married name became Hanbury-Tracy.1 After her marriage, Elizabeth Mary Bromley was styled as Baroness Sudeley of Toddington on 30 November 1940. From 27 October 1965, her married name became Collins.1 She lived in 2003 at Kirkman Bank, Knaresborough, Yorkshire, EnglandG.1
