     Gwynnedd Brinckman was the daughter of William Edward Brinckman and Mary Alice Egerton-Warburton.1 She married, firstly, Maj.-Gen. Charles William Campbell of Borland, son of Charles William Campbell of Borland and Charlotte Olympia Cockburn Campbell, on 31 July 1888.2 She married, secondly, Reverend Walter D. Williams on 28 October 1925.2 She died on 24 February 1948.2
     From 31 July 1888, her married name became Campbell. From 28 October 1925, her married name became Williams.

     Maj.-Gen. Charles William Campbell of Borland was born on 4 April 1836.2 He was the son of Charles William Campbell of Borland and Charlotte Olympia Cockburn Campbell.1,3 He married Gwynnedd Brinckman, daughter of William Edward Brinckman and Mary Alice Egerton-Warburton, on 31 July 1888.2 He died in 1894.2
     He was commissioned in 1854, in the service of the 2nd Bengal Cavalry.2 He fought in the Indian Mutiny, where he was wounded.2 He fought in the Siege of Lucknow in 1859.2 He fought in the China Campaign in 1860.2 In 1863 he was the unsuccessful appellant in the Breadalbane Succession Case.2 He fought in the Egyptian Campaign in 1882.2 He lived at Boreland, Dumfries-shire, ScotlandG.4 He gained the rank of Major-General in 1894 in the Begal Staff Corps.1
