Major George Douglas Baillie-Hamilton was born on 26 September 1875.1 He was the son of Sir William Alexander Baillie-Hamilton and Mary Aynscombe Mossop.1 He married Helen Georgina Baillie-Hamilton, daughter of Commander Hon. Henry Baillie-Hamilton and Hon. Harriet Frances Scott, on 14 January 1914.1 He died on 8 April 1934 at age 58.1

Sir William Alexander Baillie-Hamilton was born on 6 September 1844.1 He was the son of Admiral William Alexander Baillie-Hamilton and Lady Harriet Hamilton.1 He married Mary Aynscombe Mossop, daughter of Reverend John Mossop, on 21 June 1871.1 He died on 6 July 1920 at age 75.1
