     She held the office of Lady of Honour, to the Princess of the Asturias.¹

     Carlos Fernando Pascal Januario FitzJames-Stuart y Silva, 4th Duque de Liria y Xerica was born on 25 March 1752 at Liria, Spain^G.¹ He was the son of Jacopo Francisco Eduardo FitzJames-Stuart y Colón de Portugal, 3rd Duque de Liria y Xerica and Maria Teresa de Silva y Alvarez de Toledo.¹ He married Carolina Augusta Prinzessin zu Stolberg-Gedern, daughter of Gustav Adolf Prinz zu Stolberg-Gedern and Elisabeth Philippine Claude Prinzessin von Hornes, on 9 October 1771.^1,2 He died on 7 September 1787 at age 35 at Madrid, Spain^G.¹
     He held the office of Gentleman of the Bedchamber to King Charles III of Spain.¹ He gained the title of 4th Duke of Berwick on 30 September 1785. He succeeded as the 4th Duque de Liria y Xerica [Spain, 1707] on 30 September 1785.¹

     Carolina Augusta Prinzessin zu Stolberg-Gedern was born on 10 February 1755.¹ She was the daughter of Gustav Adolf Prinz zu Stolberg-Gedern and Elisabeth Philippine Claude Prinzessin von Hornes.¹ She married Carlos Fernando Pascal Januario FitzJames-Stuart y Silva, 4th Duque de Liria y Xerica, son of Jacopo Francisco Eduardo FitzJames-Stuart y Colón de Portugal, 3rd Duque de Liria y Xerica and Maria Teresa de Silva y Alvarez de Toledo, on 9 October 1771.^1,2 She died on 15 April 1828 at age 73 at Saint-Gratien, Île-de-France, France^G.¹

     Jacopo Felipe Carlos Pascal Cayetano Vicente FitzJames-Stuart y Stolberg-Gedern, 5th Duque de Liria y Xerica was born on 25 February 1773 at Paris, France^G.¹ He was the son of Carlos Fernando Pascal Januario FitzJames-Stuart y Silva, 4th Duque de Liria y Xerica and Carolina Augusta Prinzessin zu Stolberg-Gedern.¹ He married Maria Teresa de Silva-Fernández de Hijar y Palafox, daughter of Pedro Alcantara Fadrique Fernández de Silva, 9° Duque de Hijar and Rafaela de Palafóx, on 24 January 1790.² He died on 3 April 1794 at age 21 at Madrid, Spain.^2,3

     Maria Teresa de Silva-Fernández de Hijar y Palafox was born on 10 March 1772. She was the daughter of Pedro Alcantara Fadrique Fernández de Silva, 9° Duque de Hijar and Rafaela de Palafóx.¹ She married Jacopo Felipe Carlos Pascal Cayetano Vicente FitzJames-Stuart y Stolberg-Gedern, 5th Duque de Liria y Xerica, son of Carlos Fernando Pascal Januario FitzJames-Stuart y Silva, 4th Duque de Liria y Xerica and Carolina Augusta Prinzessin zu Stolberg-Gedern, on 24 January 1790.¹ She died on 29 April 1818 at age 46 at Florence, Italy.^1,2

     Jacopo José María FitzJames-Stuart y Silva, 6th Duque de Liria y Xerica was born on 3 January 1792.¹ He was the son of Jacopo Felipe Carlos Pascal Cayetano Vicente FitzJames-Stuart y Stolberg-Gedern, 5th Duque de Liria y Xerica and Maria Teresa de Silva-Fernández de Hijar y Palafox.¹ He died on 5 January 1795 at age 3.¹
