Commander Oliver Russell Moore was the son of Arthur Montague Moore.1 He married Blanche Theodosia Acheson, daughter of Captain Hon. Patrick George Edward Cavendish Acheson and Norah Wiseman Jones, on 28 October 1950.1 He died in March 2011.2
