     Lieutenant George Miles Awdry Hobart-Hampden was born in 1896.1 He was the son of Awdry George Hobart-Hampden and Elsie Angel Heath Pitcher.1 He died in 1917, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Royal Flying Corps.1 He fought in the First World War. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.1

     Lt.-Cdr. Michael Robert Cross was the son of Francis John Kynaston Cross and Hon. Eleanor Mary Phillimore.1,2 He married Alison Elizabeth Hobart-Hampden, daughter of Awdry George Hobart-Hampden and Elsie Angel Heath Pitcher, on 3 June 1922.1 He died on 23 March 1969.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy Volunteer Reserve.1

     Francis John Kynaston Cross was the son of Edward Cross.2 He married Hon. Eleanor Mary Phillimore, daughter of Sir Walter George Francis Phillimore, 1st Baron Phillimore and Agnes Lushington, on 17 September 1895.3 He died on 31 December 1950.3
     He was a practising barrister.3 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)3 He lived at Aston Tirrold Manor, Didcot, Berkshire, EnglandG.1

     Reverend Alfred Bertie Hobart-Hampden was born circa 1860. He was the son of Hon. George Augustus Hobart-Hampden and Jane Awdry.1 He married Constance Vavasour, daughter of Sir Henry Mervyn Vavasour, 3rd Bt. and Hon. Louisa Anne Neville, on 1 October 1902.1 He died on 28 December 1923.1
     He graduated from Lincoln College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He was the Rector between 1907 and 1915 at Cottered, Buntingford, Hertfordshire, EnglandG.1

     Ernest Miles Hobart-Hampden was born on 11 November 1864.1 He was the son of Hon. George Augustus Hobart-Hampden and Jane Awdry.1 He married Marie Hélène Langel, daughter of Reverend Louis Langel, on 20 November 1901.1 He died on 1 May 1949 at age 84.1
     He was educated at Clifton College, Clifton, Bristol, EnglandG.1 He graduated from Brasenose College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1888 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 ) He was in the Consular Service in China in 1888.1 He was in the Consular Service in Japan in 1889.1 He was Vice-Consul to Yokohama in 1904.1 He was Japanese Secretary to the British Embassy between 1909 and 1919 at Tokyo, JapanG.1 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1914.1
