     Lancelot Bangor Ward was born on 14 September 1883.1 He was the son of Sir William Erskine Ward and Alicia Caroline Palmer.1 He married Agnes Frances Jean Marsh-Dunn, daughter of Reverend Richard Marsh Marsh-Dunn, on 21 November 1910.1 He died on 13 July 1959 at age 75.1
     He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was in the Finance Department, Government of India between 1905 and 1935.1

     Major Sir Andrew Rupert John Buchanan-Jardine of Castlemilk, 4th Bt. was born on 2 February 1923. He was the son of Sir John William Buchanan-Jardine of Castlemilk, 3rd Bt. and Jean Barbara Hamilton.2 He married Jane Fiona Edmonstone, daughter of Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. and Gwendolyn Mary Field, on 4 October 1950.2 He and Jane Fiona Edmonstone were divorced in 1975.2 He died on 24 August 2010 at age 87.3
     Major Sir Andrew Rupert John Buchanan-Jardine of Castlemilk, 4th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Rupert.4 He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.2 He fought in the Second World War.2 He was awarded the Bronze Lion of Netherlands in 1944.2 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.) in 1944.2 He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Major in 1948 in the Royal Horse Guards.2 He was Joint Master of the Foxhounds, Dumfries-shire between 1950 and 2001.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dumfriesshire in 1957.2 He succeeded as the 4th Baronet Jardine, of Castlemilk, co.      Sir Archibald Charles Edmonstone of Duntreath, 6th Bt. was born on 16 June 1898.2 He was the son of Sir Archibald Edmonstone of Duntreath, 5th Bt. and Ida Agnes Eleanor Forbes.2 He married Gwendolyn Mary Field, daughter of Marshall Field, Jr. and Albertine Huck, on 5 April 1923.2 He died on 5 June 1954 at age 55.2
     He was educated at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He was educated at Royal Military College, Sandhurst, Berkshire, EnglandG.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 9th Lancers.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Madras.2 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Edmonstone, of Duntreath [G.B., 1774] on 1 April 1954.2

     Lt.-Col. Guy Percy Wyndham was born on 19 January 1865.2 He was the son of Hon. Percy Scawen Wyndham and Madeline Caroline Frances Eden Campbell.2 He married, firstly, Edwina Virginia Joanna Fitzpatrick, daughter of Reverend Frederick Fitzpatrick and Lady Olivia Taylour, on 14 May 1892.1 He married, secondly, Violet Lutetia Leverson, daughter of Ernest Leverson, on 11 June 1923.2 He died on 15 April 1941 at age 76.2
     He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was mentioned in despatches three times.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 16th Lancers.1 He was Military Attaché to St. Petersburg between 1906 and 1911.2 He was appointed Member, Royal Victorian Order (M.V.O.) in 1908.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the 16th Lancers.2 He was awarded the Order of St. Anne of Russia 2nd Class.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1913.2 He was AAG with the War Office between 1913 and 1918.2
