John Richard Boyle, 15th Earl of Cork was born on 3 November 1945.1 He is the son of John William Boyle, 14th Earl of Cork and Mary Leslie Gordon-Finlayson.1 He married Hon. Rebecca Juliet Noble, daughter of Rt. Hon. Michael Anthony Cristobal Noble, Baron Glenkinglas and Anne Pearson, on 2 June 1973.1
He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Royal Naval College, Dartmouth, Devon, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Commander in the Royal Navy.1 He was a director of E. D. & F. Man Sugar Ltd.1 He was captain of the H.M.S.
