Sir William Charles Cooper, 3rd Bt. was born on 22 October 1851.1 He was the son of Sir Daniel Cooper, 1st Bt. and Elizabeth Hill.2 He married Alice Helen Hill, daughter of George Hill, on 18 November 1876.1 He died on 2 September 1925 at age 73.1
He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Northamptonshire.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Cooper, of Woollahra, New South Wales [U.K., 1863] on 13 June 1909.1
