Reverend Henry Macdonald Maugham1

     Reverend Henry Macdonald Maugham was the son of Robert Maugham and Mary Corrock.1 He married, firstly, Barbara Sophia von Scheidlin, daughter of Georg David Nikolaus von Scheidlin and Christiana Aurelia Celia (?), on 27 July 1858.1 He married, secondly, Eilen Mary Matthews, daughter of General Henry William Matthews, on 6 June 1894.1 He died on 18 September 1897, without issue.1
     He was (an unknown value) in 1848 at King's College London, London, England.1 He was educated at Oriel College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was priest in 1855.1 He was Vicar between 1871 and 1897 at Whitstable, Kent, England.1

     Barbara Sophia von Scheidlin was the daughter of Georg David Nikolaus von Scheidlin and Christiana Aurelia Celia (?)1 She married Reverend Henry Macdonald Maugham, son of Robert Maugham and Mary Corrock, on 27 July 1858.1 She died on 26 August 1892.1
     From 27 July 1858, her married name became Maugham.1
