Seymour Fisher-Rowe was born on 31 May 1876. He was the son of Captain Edward Rowe Fisher-Rowe and Lady Victoria Isabella Liddell. He married Olive Frances Rushton on 1 April 1911. He died on 27 February 1916 at age 39, from an illness contracted while on active service.

Lady Victoria Isabella Liddell was born on 6 August 1841.1 She was the daughter of Henry Thomas Liddell, 1st Earl of Ravensworth and Isabella Horatia Seymour.2 She married Captain Edward Rowe Fisher-Rowe on 29 July 1874.1 She died on 31 March 1935 at age 93.1
