Noel Christian Livingstone-Learmonth was born on 25 December 1871.1 He is the son of Andrew James Livingstone-Learmonth and Frances Maxwell Buchanan Cuninghame.1 He married Winifred Margaret Ismay, daughter of James Hainsworth Ismay and Lady Margaret Alice Seymour, on 26 April 1913.1 He died on 3 May 1942 at age 70.1
