     He was educated at Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, Gloucestershire, England.1 He was educated at Bristol University, Bristol, England.1 He held the office of Under-Secretary for Agriculture [Iran].1 He held the office of Senator [Iran], for Baluchestan, Kerman and Hormozgan.1 He was Chamberlain to Mohammad Reza Shah.1 In 1979 he fled into exile in London.1
