James Stewart Forbes, son of George Stewart Forbes and Henrietta Maria Ward, on 27 April 1896.² She and Lt.-Col. James Stewart Forbes were divorced in 1906.² She died on 22 October 1950 at age 74.²
     Her married name became Forbes. In 1929 her name was legally changed to St. Clair-Erskine.¹

     Feridah Frances Taylor was the daughter of Hugh Lewis Taylor and Caroline Hay Ritchie.^2,3 She married Lt.-Col. James Stewart Forbes, son of George Stewart Forbes and Henrietta Maria Ward, on 8 December 1910.¹ She died on 5 January 1953.¹
     Her married name became Forbes.
