     Arthur Livingstone Glegg was born on 23 September 1895 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1 He was the son of Arthur Thomson Glegg and Margaret Livingstone Douie.1 He died on 10 August 1915 at age 19 at France, killed in action.1
     He was educated at Kelvinside Academy, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, ScotlandG.1 He was educated at St. Bees College, Eastbourne, Sussex, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Corpus Christi College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant on 2 January 1915 in the 2nd Battaion, King's Royal Rifles.1

     She was educated at Benenden School, Cranbrook, Kent, England.1 From 25 February 1949, her married name became Scott.1
