     Nicolai Alexeevich Milyutin was born on 6 July 1818 at Moscow, Russia.1 He was the son of Alexei Mikhailovich Milyutin and Elizaveta Dmitrievna Kiseleva.1 He married Marie Aggeevna Abaza before 1856.1 He died on 26 January 1872 at age 53 at Moscow, Russia.1
