Reverend Hon. Augustus Barry was born on 16 July 1773.2 He was the son of Richard Barry, 6th Earl of Barrymore and Lady Amelia Stanhope.1 He died on 27 November 1818 at age 45, unmarried.2

Lady Caroline Barry was born on 17 May 1768.2 She was the daughter of Richard Barry, 6th Earl of Barrymore and Lady Amelia Stanhope.1 She married Louis Pierre François Malcolm Drummond, Comte de Melfort, son of Lt.-Gen. Louis-Hector Drummond, Comte de Melfort and Jeanne-Elisabeth de la Porte, in July 1788.2 She died, without issue.2
Lady Caroline Barry also went by the nick-name of Caroline 'Billingsgate'.1 Her married name became Drummond. Her marriage to Louis Pierre François Malcolm Drummond, Comte de Melfort was annulled.2 She was styled as Baroness de Barry in 1823.1

Louis Pierre François Malcolm Drummond, Comte de Melfort was the son of Lt.-Gen. Louis-Hector Drummond, Comte de Melfort and Jeanne-Elisabeth de la Porte.2 He married Lady Caroline Barry, daughter of Richard Barry, 6th Earl of Barrymore and Lady Amelia Stanhope, in July 1788.3 He married, secondly, Lady Caroline Mackenzie, daughter of Kenneth Mackenzie, 1st and last Earl of Seaforth and Lady Caroline Stanhope, in May 1795.2 He died between 1832 and 1833.2
He gained the rank of Sous-Lieutenant in the Royal Bodyguard.2 In 1792 he escaped from Tulieres.2 His marriage to Lady Caroline Barry was annulled.3 He gained the rank of officer in 1809 in the Napoleon's army.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Joachim Murat's Naples Army.2 He gained the rank of Maréchal de Camp in 1814.2
