Henry Danby Seymour was born on 1 July 1820.1 He was the son of Henry Seymour and Jane Hopkinson.1 He died on 4 August 1877 at age 57, unmarried.1
He wrote the book Russia on the Black Sea and Sea of Azof.1 He wrote the book Caravan Journeys and Wanderings in Persia, Afghanistan, Turkistan, and Beloochistan.1 He co-authored the book A History of Egypt Under the Pharaohs.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Poole between 1850 and 1868.1 He was Joint Secretary of the Board of Control between 1855 and 1858.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Wiltshire.2 He lived at Trent, Somerset, England.2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Wiltshire.2

Louisa Caroline Harcourt Seymour was the daughter of Henry Seymour and Jane Hopkinson.1 She married Maj.-Gen. Sir Henry Creswicke Rawlinson, 1st Bt., son of Abram Tyack Rawlinson and Eliza Eudocia Albinia Creswicke, on 2 September 1862.1 She died on 31 October 1889.1

Henriette Felicite Seymour was born illegitimately in 1803.1 She was the daughter of Henry Seymour and Felicite Dailly-Brimont.1 She married Sir James Doughty-Tichborne, 10th Bt., son of Sir Henry Tichborne, 7th Bt. and Elizabeth Lucy Plowden, on 1 August 1827.2 She died on 12 March 1868.2
