     Rose Charlotte Stoddart was the daughter of Reverend William Stoddart.2 She married, firstly, Richard Breeks.1 She married, secondly, Major Arthur Wellesley Williams, son of Sir Robert Williams, 9th Bt. and Anne Hughes, on 11 December 1854.1 She died on 18 June 1918.1
     Her married name became Breeks.1 From 11 December 1854, her married name became Williams.

     He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Dorset.1
