     Richard Thomas Swinnerton Dyer was born illegitimately circa 1816.² He was the son of Sir Thomas Swinnerton Dyer, 8th Bt.² He married, firstly, Amelia Helen Robertson, daughter of Daniel Robertson and Amelia Helen Clarke, on 12 August 1834 at West Teignmouth, Teignmouth, Devon, England.² He married, secondly, Susan Crown in 1856 at St. Martin's-in-the-Fields, London, England, in a bigamous marriage.³ He and Amelia Helen Robertson were divorced in 1860.³ He married Susan Crown in 1860.³ He died on 10 March 1874.⁴

     Emily Mary Adam Dyer was born in December 1844.² She was the daughter of Richard Thomas Swinnerton Dyer and Amelia Helen Robertson.² She died on 9 December 1847.²

     Gordon Adam was born circa 1848.² He was the son of William Adam and Amelia Helen Robertson.^2,1 He was also reported to have died in March 1874 at 2 Elm Grove, Southsea, Hampshire, England.²
     He was also known as Gordon Swinnerton Dyer.³
