Ellen Charlotte Rush was the daughter of George Rush.2 She married Hon. Edward Bennet Wrottesley, son of John Wrottesley, 1st Baron Wrottesley and Lady Caroline Bennet, on 8 January 1846.1 She died on 29 October 1878.1

Brigadier Francis Harry Stapleton was born on 13 October 1876.2,3 He was the son of Reverend Eliot Henry Stapleton and Frances Mary Stirling.4 He married Maud Ellen Wrottesley, daughter of Major Alfred Edward Wrottesley and Ellen Mary Isabel Drayson, on 14 December 1911.1 He died on 13 August 1956 at age 79.3
