Sir Alexander Arthur Walker, 2nd Bt. was born on 21 January 1857.1 He was the son of Sir Samuel Walker, 1st Bt. and Cecilia Charlotte Greene.2 He married, firstly, Emily Florence Crother, daughter of William L. Crother, on 24 October 1885.1 He married, secondly, Dorothy Philipps, daughter of William Douglas Philipps, on 20 January 1914.1 He died on 22 November 1932 at age 75, without issue.1
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Walker, of Pembroke House, Dublin [U.K., 1906] on 13 August 1911.1 He was Senior Examiner of Masters and Mates for the Port of London.1 He was Secretary and Superintendant of the Local Marine Board Dublin.1
