Sir Edward Clarence Kerrison, 2nd Bt. was born in 1821 at The Wick, Brighton, Sussex, England. He was the son of General Sir Edward Kerrison, 1st Bt. and Mary Martha Ellice. He married Caroline Margaret Fox-Strangways, daughter of Henry Stephen Fox-Strangways, 3rd Earl of Ilchester and Caroline Leonora Murray, on 23 July 1844.1 He died on 11 July 1886, without issue.1
He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Eye between 1852 and 1866.2 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Kerrison [U.K., 1821] on 9 March 1853. He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for East Suffolk between 1866 and 1867.2

Lucia Emily Margaret White, on 4 November 1953.1 She married, secondly, Richard Mark Walter Agnew, son of Richard Leslie Agnew and Leila May Courage, in January 1972.1 She died in 1989.1
From 4 November 1953, her married name became Monckton-Arundell. After her marriage, Lady Theresa Jane Fox-Strangways was styled as Viscountess Galway on 4 November 1953. From January 1972, her married name became Agnew.1
