Evelyn Lucia Millicent Hutton was born in 1884.2 She was the daughter of Colonel George Morland Hutton and Eustacie Emma Millicent Arkwright.3,2 She married Hon. Richard Bethell, son of Richard Luttrell Pilkington Bethell, 3rd Baron Westbury and Lady Agatha Manners Tollemache, on 10 October 1911.1 She died on 23 June 1956.1

Richard Morland Tollemache Bethell, 4th Baron Westbury was born on 9 October 1914.1 He was the son of Hon. Richard Bethell and Evelyn Lucia Millicent Hutton.2 He died on 26 June 1961 at age 46, unmarried.1
He was educated at Stowe School, Buckingham, Buckinghamshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 4th Baron Westbury, of Westbury, co. Wiltshire [U.K., 1961] on 21 February 1930.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Royal Engineers.1 He fought in the Second World War.1

Hon. Veronica Wenefryde Nefertari Bethell was born on 15 July 1917.1 She was the daughter of Hon. Richard Bethell and Evelyn Lucia Millicent Hutton.2 She married Lt.-Col. James Innes, son of Lt.-Col. James Archibald Innes and Lady Barbara Lowther, on 14 January 1941.1 She died on 9 July 2018 at age 100.3
