     Sir Anthony William Weldon, 9th Bt. was born on 11 May 1947.¹ He is the son of Sir Thomas Brian Weldon, 8th Bt. and Marie Isobel French.² He married Amanda Ford North, daughter of Major Geoffrey Edward Ford North and Hon. Margaret Isolda de Grey, in 1980.¹
     He was educated at Sherborne School, Sherborne, Dorset, England.¹ He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant between 1966 and 1969 in the Iirsh Guards.¹ He retired from the military in 1974, with the rank of Lieutenant.¹ He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Burdett, of Dunmore, co. Carlow [I., 1723] on 5 August 1979.²

     Christopher Meyrick Fendall Newton was born in 1955.² He is the son of Michael Anthony Fendall Newton.¹ He married Catherine L. Darby, daughter of John Christopher Darby and Susan Camilla Barrow Simonds, in 1986.²

     Amelia Fotheringham was the daughter of Patrick Fotheringham and Hon. Anne Fraser.¹ She married Hugh Mackenzie, son of Alexander Mackenzie of Fraserdale and Amelia Fraser.¹ She died in 1758.¹
