     Emma Isabella Harriet Standish was the daughter of William Standish Standish and Susan Jenkins.2,3 She married Sir John George Tollemache Sinclair of Ulbster, 3rd Bt., son of Sir George Sinclair of Ulbster, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Camilla Manners, on 22 November 1853.1 She and Sir John George Tollemache Sinclair of Ulbster, 3rd Bt. were divorced on 4 July 1878.1 She died in 1889.1
     From 22 November 1853, her married name became Sinclair.

     He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Scots Guards.1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 2nd Volunteer Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders.1

Alexander Young Sinclair and Margaret Crichton Alston, on 4 November 1884.2 He died on 10 June 1943 at age 82.2
     He gained the rank of Captain in the 2nd Voluntter Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Caithness.1
