Captain Robert Francis Hanbury was the son of Edmund Smith Hanbury and Jane Amy Matilda Leslie.2 He married Margaret Lucy Scott, daughter of Archibald Edward Scott and Cecilia Maria Bolitho, in May 1919.1 He died in April 1960.1

Sir James Walter Scott, 2nd Bt. was born on 26 October 1924.1 He was the son of Sir Jervoise Bolitho Scott, 1st Bt. and Kathleen Isabel Walter.2 He married Anne Constantia Austin, daughter of Lt.-Col. Clive Grantham Austin and Lady Lillian Mary Thoedora Lumley, on 8 December 1951.1 He died on 2 November 1993 at age 69 at Alton, Hampshire, England.1,3
He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He gained the rank of officer between 1943 and 1960 in the Life Guards.1 He fought in the Second World War between 1944 and 1945, in France and Germany.1 He fought in the Palestine Campaign between 1945 and 1946.1 He was Aide-de-Camp to the Viceroy of India between 1946 and 1948.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Scott, of Rotherfield, co.
