John Curzon was the son of John de Curzon and Eleanor de Twyford.2 He married Margaret Montgomery, daughter of Sir Nicholas Montgomery.1 He died in 1462, a daughter and heiress, who married Alured Berwick, of Bulcote) and a daughter (Margaret, married 1st Thomas Okeover, of Okeover (see WALKER-OKEOVER, Bt), and 2nd Thomas Kniveton, of Bradley):.1
