     Harold Mead Joynson lived at Springfields, Banbury, Oxfordshire, England^G.¹ He lived at Wootton Courtenay, Somerset, England^G.¹

     Vera Jane Peel was the daughter of George Arthur Peel and Ellen McDowell.¹ She died in November 1968, unmarried.¹

     Horace Peel was born on 8 September 1857.² He was the son of Sir Charles Lennox Peel and Hon. Caroline Georgiana Chichester.² He married Violet Dalyell, daughter of Ralph Dalyell, on 29 July 1899.² He died on 20 October 1940 at age 83, as a result of an accident.²

     Violet Dalyell was born circa 1873.² She was the daughter of Ralph Dalyell.¹ She married Horace Peel, son of Sir Charles Lennox Peel and Hon. Caroline Georgiana Chichester, on 29 July 1899.¹ She died on 23 October 1948.¹
     From 29 July 1899, her married name became Peel.

     Ralph Dalyell was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.)¹ He lived at Lingo, Fife, Scotland^G.¹

     Lt.-Col. Charles Algernon Peel was born on 17 April 1906.¹ He is the son of Horace Peel and Violet Dalyell.¹ He married Katherine Louise Pretyman, daughter of Colonel Rt. Hon. Ernest George Pretyman and Lady Beatrice Adine Bridgeman, on 12 December 1933.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the 3rd Hussars.¹
