Sir Edward Henry Capel Cure was born on 27 June 1866 at Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He was the son of Revered Edward Cure and Gertrude Louisa Jane Selwin.1 He married Muriel Elizabeth Anna Louisa Dixwell-Oxenden, daughter of Sir Percy Dixwell-Oxenden, 10th Bt. and Isabella Finch-Hatton, on 16 July 1889 at Parish Church of St. George, Hanover Square, London, England.1 He died in December 1923 at age 57 at Pallanza, Milan, Italy.1

Maj.-Gen. John Shaw of Tordarroch, 11th Chief of Clan Ay was born in 1769.2 He is the son of Alexander Shaw of Tordarroch, 10th Chief of Clan Ay and Charlotte Stewart.2 He married Anna Nesbitt, daughter of Andrew Nesbitt.2 He died on 21 October 1835.2
