     Emma Vernon was born in 1841 at West Bromwich, Staffordshire, England.1 She married Thomas Lissimore, son of Thomas Lissimore and Mary Turton, in 1862.1 She died in 1872.1

     Elizabeth Heyrick was the daughter of Reverend Samuel Heyrick.2 She married Reverend Henry Palmer, son of Sir John Palmer, 5th Bt. and Charlotte Gough, on 27 June 1816.1 She died on 8 November 1860.1
     From 27 June 1816, her married name became Palmer.1 They also had other issue.1

Colonel Frederick Palmer1

     Colonel Frederick Palmer was born on 15 July 1825.1 He was the son of Reverend Henry Palmer and Elizabeth Heyrick.2 He married Mary Harrison, daughter of William Henry Harrison, on 14 November 1850.1 He died on 27 January 1907 at age 81.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the Prince Albert's Own Leicestershire Imperial Yeomanry.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 27th Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Rutland.1 He held the office of High Sheriff in 1865.1 He lived at Withcote, Leicestershire, England.1

     Sir Edward Geoffrey Broadley Palmer, 10th Bt. was born on 14 June 1864.1 He was the son of Colonel Frederick Palmer and Mary Harrison.2 He married Sibyll Caroline Smith-Neill, daughter of Captain William James Smith-Neill, on 8 January 1891.1 He died on 15 May 1925 at age 60.1
     Sir Edward Geoffrey Broadley Palmer, 10th Bt. usually went by his middle name of Geoffrey.1 He gained the rank of Major in the Third and Seventh Battalions of the Leicestershire Regiment.1 He graduated from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Leicestershire.1 He succeeded as the 10th Baronet Palmer, of Carlton, co. Northampton [E., 1660] on 28 April 1909.1
