     Janet Cheape is the daughter of James Cheape.2 She married Alexander Monypenny, 20th of Pitmilly, son of Sir James Monypenny, 18th of Pitmilly and Helenor Maule, in 1675.1
     After her marriage, Janet Cheape was styled as Baroness Monypenny, of Pitmilly, co. Fife [U.K.] in 1675.1 From 1675, her married name became Monypenny.1

     William Edmund Pollexfen Bastard was born in 1864 at Yealmpton, Devon, England.1 He was the son of Reverend William Pollexfen Bastard and Caroline Woollcombe.1 He married Rosamond Isabel Foster on 17 April 1890 at St. Mary the Virgin, Weeford, Staffordshire, England.2 He died on 14 June 1924 at Kitley, Devon, England.2
     He was appointed Officer, Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.)2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Devon.1

     Hon. Magdalene Erskine is the daughter of David Erskine, 2nd Lord Cardross.2 She married Alexander Monypenny, 20th of Pitmilly, son of Sir James Monypenny, 18th of Pitmilly and Helenor Maule, on 23 April 1687.1
     After her marriage, Hon. Magdalene Erskine was styled as Baroness Monypenny, of Pitmilly, co. Fife [U.K.] on 23 April 1687.1 From 23 April 1687, her married name became Monypenny.1

     He succeeded as the 21st Monypenny, of Pitmilly, co. Fife [U.K.] in 1715.1

     Caroline Woollcombe was born in 1838 at Plympton St. Mary, Devon, England.1 She was the daughter of Vice-Admiral George Woollcombe and Mary Elizabeth Ley.2 She married Reverend William Pollexfen Bastard, son of Edmund Pollexfen Bastard and Hon. Anne Jane Rodney, in 1859 at Plympton, Devon, England.1 She died in 1917.1
     From 1859, her married name became Bastard.1
