Lucy Edith Burn1

     Lucy Edith Burn was the daughter of Major Henry Pelham Burn and Janet Edith Orr Ewing.2 She married Noel Edward Noel-Buxton, 1st Baron Noel-Buxton, son of Sir Thomas Fowell Buxton, 3rd Bt. and Lady Victoria Noel, on 30 April 1914.1 She died on 9 December 1960.1
     From 30 April 1914, her married name became Noel-Buxton. She held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for North Norfolk between 1930 and 1931.1 After her marriage, Lucy Edith Burn was styled as Baroness Noel-Buxton on 17 June 1930. She held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) (Liberal) for Nowich between 1945 and 1950.1

     Captain Thomas Pownall Pellew Barrow was born circa 1803.1 He married an unknown person in a Captain marriage, Royal Navy.1 He married, firstly, Agnes Osmond on 19 November 1833 at Cape Town, Cape Province, South Africa.1 He married, secondly, Catherine Shore in 1868 at London, England.1

     He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the 12th Royal Lancers SR.1

     Hon. Michael Barnett Noel-Buxton was born on 4 January 1920.1 He was the son of Noel Edward Noel-Buxton, 1st Baron Noel-Buxton and Lucy Edith Burn.2 He died on 26 July 1995 at age 75.1
     He was educated at Harrow School, Harrow, London, England.1 He fought in the Second World War.1 He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Artillery.1 He was with the Colonial Civil Service, Gold Coast between 1947 and 1959.1

     She was given the name of Jane Elizabeth Noel-Buxton at birth.1 In 1957 her name was legally changed to Jane Elizabeth Buxton by public declaration.1 She lived in 2003 at Maddison Farm, Long Load, Langport, Somerset, England.1
