Sir Julian Tolver Paget, 4th Bt. was born on 11 July 1921.2 He was the son of Gen. Sir Bernard Charles Tolver Paget and Winifred Norah Paget.2 He married Diana Frances Farmer, daughter of Frederick Spencer Herbert Farmer, on 3 December 1954.2 He died on 25 September 2016 at age 95.3
