     Colonel Conn Óg O'Neill was the son of Conn O'Neill and Alice O'Neill.2 He died on 13 June 1643, murdered while a prisoner by a Presbyterian minister after surrendering at Clones on promise of quarter.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in 1641 in the Irish Catholic Army, in the Uprising.1
