     Captain Cecil John Talbot Rhys Wingfield was born on 25 July 1881.1 He was the son of Edward Rhys Wingfield and Edith Caroline Wood.2 He married Lady Violet Nita Poulett, daughter of William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett and Rosa de Melville, on 6 December 1904.1 He died on 29 April 1915 at age 33, from wounds received in action.1
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the King's Royal Rifle Corps.1

     Lady Violet Nita Poulett was the daughter of William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett and Rosa de Melville.1 She married Captain Cecil John Talbot Rhys Wingfield, son of Edward Rhys Wingfield and Edith Caroline Wood, on 6 December 1904.2 She died on 10 March 1966.2
     Her married name became Wingfield.

William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett

     William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett was born on 22 September 1827.1 He was the son of Vice-Admiral Hon. George Poulett and Catherine Sophia Dallas.1 He married, firstly, Elizabeth Lavinia Newman, daughter of Joseph Newman, on 23 June 1849 at Portsea, Hampshire, EnglandG.1 He married, secondly, Emma Sophia Johnson on 20 September 1871.1 He married, thirdly, Rosa de Melville, daughter of Alfred Hugh de Melville, on 1 March 1879.1 He died on 22 January 1899 at age 71.1
     He gained the rank of Lieutenant between 1845 and 1851 in the 2nd Foot.1 He gained the rank of Captain between 1852 and 1857 in the 22nd Foot.1 He succeeded as the 6th Viscount Hinton, of Hinton St. George, Somerset [G.B., 1706] on 20 June 1864.1 He succeeded as the 6th Earl Poulett [G.B., 1706] on 20 June 1864.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baron Poulett, of Hinton St. George, Somerset [E., 1627] on 20 June 1864.1

     Rosa de Melville was the daughter of Alfred Hugh de Melville.1 She married William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett, son of Vice-Admiral Hon. George Poulett and Catherine Sophia Dallas, on 1 March 1879.1 She died on 2 January 1915.1
     After her marriage, Rosa de Melville was styled as Countess Poulett on 1 March 1879. Her married name became Poulett.

Emma Sophia Johnson1

     Emma Sophia Johnson married William Henry Poulett, 6th Earl Poulett, son of Vice-Admiral Hon. George Poulett and Catherine Sophia Dallas, on 20 September 1871.1 She died on 16 September 1876, without issue.1
     After her marriage, Emma Sophia Johnson was styled as Countess Poulett on 20 September 1871. Her married name became Poulett.

     Major Edward William Rhys Wingfield was born on 26 August 1905.2 He was the son of Captain Cecil John Talbot Rhys Wingfield and Lady Violet Nita Poulett.1,2 He married Lady Norah Beryl Cayzer Jellicoe, daughter of Admiral John Henry Rushworth Jellicoe, 1st Earl Jellicoe and Florence Gwendoline Cayzer, on 30 May 1935.1 He died on 20 January 1984 at age 78.2
