Rear-Admiral Sir Francis Fitzgerald Haworth-Booth was born on 18 May 1864.1 He was the son of Benjamin Blaydes Haworth-Booth and Cordelia Wintour.1 He married Constance Isabel Moore, daughter of Maj.-Gen. C. W. Moore, on 2 November 1893.1 He died on 21 February 1935 at age 70.1
He was educated at H.M.S. Britannia, EnglandG.1 He fought in the Egyptian War in 1882.1 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.) in 1900.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the East Riding of Yorskhire in 1900.1 He was Assistant Director of Naval Intelligence between 1905 and 1908.1 He was Chief of Staff, Naval Mission to Australia in 1911.1 He was Naval Advisor to the High Commissioner of Australia between 1911 and 1920.1 He lived at Haworth Hall, Dunswell Hull, Yorkshire, England.1
