Alfred Money Wigram was born on 21 July 1856.2 He was the son of Money Wigram and Anne Whitaker Maitland.3 He married Venetia Mary Maitland, daughter of Reverend John Whitaker Maitland and Venetia Neave, on 11 June 1882 at Essex, England.2,4 He died on 13 October 1899 at age 43.2

Sir Thomas Berry Cusack-Smith, 5th Bt. was born on 16 February 1859.2 He was the son of William Robert Lucas Cusack-Smith and Mary Blanche Chisenhale.3,2 He married, firstly, Winifred Maitland, daughter of Reverend John Whitaker Maitland and Venetia Neave, on 27 April 1886 at Essex, England.1,3 He married, secondly, Jennie Jones, daughter of Joshua M. Jones, on 12 April 1905.2 He died on 7 July 1929 at age 70.2
He was admitted to Middle Temple in 1884 entitled to practise as a barrister-at-law.2 He was Consul at Samoa in 1890.2 He was Consult-General for the Republic of Chile between 1897 and 1905.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Brighton.2 He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of St. Michael and St. George (K.C.M.G.)2 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of Sussex.2 He fought in the First World War between 1915 and 1916, in Mesopotamia.2 He succeeded as the 5th Baronet Smith, of Newton, King's County [I., 1799] on 15 April 1919.2
